Our Custom Design Process
Step One – Consultation
Embark on your tile design journey with us! Whether you're nearby or miles away, we're excited to collaborate with you. Start by enjoying a complimentary 30-minute online or telephone consultation.
In this session, share your project vision, and we'll provide tailored insights, ideas, and recommendations.

Step Two – Custom Designs
If you want extra support, opt for personalized design layout concepts.
Our custom fireplace and backsplash design services are priced at $149 CAD (plus applicable HST). This investment includes two digitally rendered design concepts and one round of revisions, paid in advance.
Each design concept comes complete with a detailed project estimate and production timeline. Additional revisions are $49 CAD/hour.
